We offer worldwide shipping, and once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from Giwon by email.

At Giwon, each piece is carefully crafted and handled with attention to detail. We keep a small selection of pieces in stock, while the majority of orders are made and prepared upon request.

Orders are typically shipped within 10 working days, depending on the selected piece. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at info@giwon.dk and we will do our best to assist.

As all jewellery and objects are handcrafted in Copenhagen, delivery times may vary slightly. This approach allows us to produce thoughtfully and in smaller quantities.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance via GLS and PostNord. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Every package is carefully prepared to ensure your piece arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@giwon.dk and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
