Refund policy

 

At Giwon, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom sizes and engraved jewellery or objects cannot be returned or refunded.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style, we are happy to assist, provided the piece is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged. We recommend insuring your return shipment and keeping your postage receipt as proof of shipment, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Once your return has been received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 2–10 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that return shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.
